Art Specifications

When preparing art for labels, there are a few things to take into consideration. Please look over our file checklist to help ensure that your current artwork is in an acceptable format.

File Checklist

Acceptable art formats

When sending art files, please make sure that all fonts are converted to outlines or curves to avoid importing issues. Use CMYK unless spot colors are used. Images should be supplied as hi-resolution files (300 dpi). Convert any RGB files to CMYK. If your label contains bleeds, a minimum bleed of .125” is required.

Unacceptable artwork formats

Though these files are not acceptable art forms which can be used for label production, our experienced graphic design team can work with you and any files you have to create art files that are press ready.
